I have these fitted. For me they fitted straight on, though i have heard that others have had trouble with the alignment of the holes. They replace the front rubber/steel subframe teardrop mount.

You should have 2 of each size. You basically "sandwich" the front panel between these. The larger bush goes between the subframe and the front panel, the smaller sits in front of the panel.
